First of all, I feel compelled to mention that you must have revenue from something in order to double it. It could be revenue from your own books, products, or services.

Let’s assume that you’re selling an eBook that is priced at around $15. Maybe you even have a video course that goes along with it. The method in which you’re getting traffic isn’t important right now, just the fact that you are selling it. Now I want you to pay close attention because I am going to show you a two-step process that will allow you to double your revenue.

Step 1: Build your Backend
Offer upsells and one time offers on all of your deals. This one tip alone can increase your profits and the best thing is that it does not have to be your own products. You can go out and buy resell rights to a product and then include that as your $15 eBook package upsell.

Once you have set that up, adjust your sales funnel. Tweak the backend so that it’s producing as many sales as possible. Simple tweaks to your sales funnel can lead to huge increases in conversions.

Step 2: Purchase More Traffic
Use the increase in profits generated in the previous step to set up some more ads that will generate traffic. There are plenty of great places like Facebook, Bing, and AdWords where you can set up additional advertisements.

If you have never paid for advertising and have no idea where to start, then there is going to be a learning curve. Spend an hour a day on learning and setting up paid advertisements and you will be an expert in no time. You are already making a higher profit by building the backend of your sales system so you should be leveraging some of this profit into generating more traffic.
